Food Ministry – Fall 2025

In Fall 2025, a group of individuals, agnecies, chuches, etc. gathered with the help of local city and county leaders to look for ways to address food needs in our community. This effort is designed to fill a short-term need for the community while an agency can be formed to have a more stable and sustainable hub for hunger relief.

If you wish to donate financially to this effort, you can send a check to Zion Lutheran Church, 308 S Monroe St, Hartford City, IN 47348. Be certain to indicate that this is for FOOD MINISTRY. Other dontations will be covering administrative costs so all money donated in this way will be used to purchase food items.

If you wish to donate food items, you may drop them off at: Lighthouse Church, First Church of the Nazarene, Blackford County Senior Center, or Hartford City Public Library
