About Zion Lutheran Church
Zion Lutheran Church has a rich history over 150 years. Our congregation is made up of people from all walks of life around Blackford County. We have farmers, teachers, business people, and those in manufacturing. We have parents, grandparents, single folks, and children. We span the political spectrum and find ourselves at any and every stage of life.
What unites us is that we:
Are flawed human beings and like everyone sin against God and our neighbor. In spite of that, we are saved by God’s Grace as a gift through Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:23-24)
Are called to love one another and by doing so help people see God’s love for all of creation. (1 John 4:7)
Believe that God continues to reform us, the church, and all of creation – always doing something new in the world. (Isaiah 43:13) We pray you join us as we learn how we can be a part of the New Things God has in store!
